Last February 8, 2012, we went to Rockwell Powerplant. Here is one of our favorite restaurants, Pepper Lunch. We both ordered Beef Pepper Rice but mine had extra cheese. I just so love their cheese. ;P And do you know what I love the most? THE BOYFRIEND. ♡ :)
